Our Water Sources
Spring & Demineralized Water
We offer our customers the choice between two water sources – Demineralized Water (Reverse Osmosis) or Rocky Mountain Spring Water (Kootenay Plains, Alberta).
At Arctic Chiller we run an extensive quality control program, which exceeds all local health guidelines and federal standards for food safety. Water Sourcing
Arctic Chiller offers two distinct water options to meet diverse customer preferences. Our demineralized water undergoes reverse osmosis filtration using Edmonton’s municipal supply from the EL Smith Reservoir, meeting or exceeding all provincial and national requirements including Health Canada’s Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality. Our spring water is sourced from a glacial-fed underground aquifer in Alberta’s Kootenay Plains, just 5km east of Banff National Park. This pristine Rocky Mountain water comes from a naturally protected source near the Columbia Icefield region and has been bottled commercially since 1992. Both options reflect our commitment to quality sourcing.
Arctic Chiller’s in-house bottling operation maintains strict quality controls. Our bottles contain a portion of recycled content. Rigorous testing protocols, NSF testing, and specialized stainless steel tankers for spring water transport ensure quality at every stage. Delivering water that customers can trust.
From our multi-barrier filtration process to our award-winning diamond bottle design, we’re committed to delivering quality.
