Our Commitment: Eco-Friendly Bottled Water Solutions
Our bottles contain a portion of recycled content, and we continue to explore opportunities to increase recyclable materials across our product lines. Bottles are recyclable and BPA-free, with biodegradable options available where market conditions permit.
Quality is built into every stage. We operate a modern facility in Sherwood Park with disciplined sanitation, lot tracking, and documented checks for fill accuracy, seal integrity, and label adhesion, supported by long-standing BBB A+ accreditation and nearly three decades serving Canadian brands. Our water sources include demineralized water by reverse osmosis using Edmonton’s municipal supply from the EL Smith Reservoir and glacial-fed Rocky Mountain spring water from Alberta’s Kootenay Plains, just 5km east of Banff National Park. Our demineralized water is processed through a multi-barrier approach designed to meet or exceed Canadian guidelines. Our spring water comes from a naturally protected underground aquifer near the Columbia Icefield region and has been bottled commercially since 1992.
Production runs follow strict specs: rinse, fill, capping, tamper-evident seal, and case pack with palletization for consistent delivery. NSF testing and rigorous quality protocols ensure water safety at every step. For spring water transport, we use dedicated stainless steel tankers with food-grade lines and pumps designed specifically for hauling spring water. Label workflows support private label and house brands with print-ready templates and proofing for clear, compliant design.
