How many bottles do I have to order?
The minimum order for custom label bottled water is 24 bottles (one case). For custom label canned water, the minimum is one pallet: 2,400 cans, or 200 cases. There’s no upper limit. Arctic Chiller produces everything from a single case for a wedding or open house to ongoing national branded water programs. Not sure what quantity fits your event or budget? How long does it take to get my custom bottles?
Most first-time orders are completed within 3β4 weeks of final proof approval and payment. Once your labels are in stock, reorders are usually much quicker, at around 1β2 weeks. Turnaround can vary through the year, especially during our busy summer season or when production upgrades are underway.
Your free mock-up is typically ready within one business day of receiving your design details. Production timing starts once your final proof is approved and payment is received.

Do I need my own design to order custom water bottles?
No. You don’t need design experience or a finished label file. Send us a logo or a rough idea, and our in-house design team will build the label for you and send a free digital mock-up. If you already have artwork, we’ll review it and prepare it for print, adjusting resolution, sizing and spacing so it reproduces sharply on a curved bottle.
Need a logo? We also offer logo design or vectorization of an existing logo for $300, and AI-generated logo design for $600.
Can I see a mock-up before I place my order?
Yes. Every customer gets a free design mock-up before committing to an order, usually within one business day. You’ll see exactly how your label looks on the bottle you’ve chosen, and you can request changes until it’s right. Nothing goes to print until you approve the final proof.
What types of water can I choose from?
Choose reverse osmosis or spring water, depending on the taste you prefer. Reverse osmosis water (listed as Demineralized Water in our order form) goes through an advanced filtration process that removes dissolved minerals and other particles, for a clean, crisp taste. Spring water comes from a natural underground source and keeps its characteristic mineral profile, giving it a distinct, refreshing taste. Canned water can also be upgraded with flavours and sparkling options.
