Our facility is located in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada, with convenient access to Yellowhead Trail. Arctic Chiller has been producing bottled water since 1996, and in 2007, we completed a major expansion of our production facility. Today, more than 60,000 square feet of space allows us to efficiently move raw materials from receiving through production, packaging and shipping.
Our facility includes multiple major production lines designed to serve a range of retail and commercial applications. These include a 4-litre production line, a 20-litre bag-in-box line primarily used for commercial applications, and a high-speed bottling line.
Our computerized high-speed line is capable of producing up to 450 bottles per minute. Once filled, bottles move automatically to the staging area, where they are labelled, packaged and coded before being prepared for local and international shipping. We continue to upgrade our production equipment to improve efficiency and better serve our customers.
Canadian Bottled Water Association
Arctic Chiller is a candidate bottler member of the Canadian Bottled Water Association (CBWA), an organization representing Canada’s bottled water industry since 1992.
CBWA members are required to meet established standards for bottled water quality and food safety. Membership requirements include adherence to the CBWA Bottled Water Model Code, Bottled Water Food Safety Practices, CPO Program and applicable audit requirements.

Kosher Certified Water
With the growing demand from our catering clients on the need for private label water to offer Kosher status, Arctic Chiller has successfully been designated Kosher. The advantage is that a segment of your consumers, with specialized dietary concerns – requiring Kosher food/beverage products, would otherwise be overlooked.
Arctic Chiller has determined this to be a worthwhile investment, in getting Kosher certification for its products. We have now completed the on-site facility inspection and are proud to announce that we have been approved.

BPA Free – Always Have Been, Always Will Be
Did you know Arctic Chiller is 100% BPA free? Our bottles use #1 plastic (PET) which means absolutely no BPA. We remain committed to delivering high quality – great tasting water, which is without compromise and without fail: 100% impurity free.
