Rebecca is a key point of contact for Arctic Chiller customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. She manages the order desk, assists customers with questions and requests, and works closely with internal teams to make sure every order meets expectations. Her attention to detail and commitment to service help keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
Beyond order processing, Rebecca is dedicated to creating a positive customer experience. Whether she’s troubleshooting an issue, answering product questions, or following up to ensure everything arrived just right, she brings patience, professionalism, and a helpful attitude to every interaction — making her a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers alike.
Kat plays a central role in shaping how Arctic Chiller presents itself, both online and in the community. She oversees donations, advertising and marketing efforts, social media channels, and assists with custom label designs — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s voice, values, and attention to detail. Outside of strategy and design, Kat is also Arctic Chiller’s go-to photographer and content creator. You’ll often find her out in the cold capturing photos and videos of bottles, standing in questionable positions, decaling countertop coolers, hauling around bags of water, or making questionable faces in the name of “getting the shot.” This is also where the dad jokes come out, much to the delight (or dismay) of her coworkers.
Dania supports the creative and production side of Arctic Chiller by creating custom label designs and guiding them through to finished, print-ready products. She manages print production from start to finish, ensuring artwork is properly prepared, timelines stay on track, and every label looks just as good on the bottle as it does on screen. Outside of the technical side of the role, Dania brings an upbeat, goofy energy to the office that helps keep things fun, even on busy days. You’ll often find her bouncing between design files, print schedules, and production questions — usually with a Starbucks or bubble tea in hand.
